everyone work to be attentive listeners, i.e. paying attention, making eye contact, give physical indicators of agreement or disagreement

decide on a policy for talking: I suggest handraising and therefore facilitator's job would be to call on people and manage / distribute equal airtime between speakers + keeping to the agenda

I am troubled by the feeling of strained time and perhaps at the end of each meeting when we decide the agenda for next meeting we also propose a time for speaking about each topics so we can assure that we will making it to all topics

I propose making education a priority. I feel like some of the tension comes from a general impatience when information has to be repeated. However, if we focused on making sure that everyone int eh group had a solid understanding of the issue before proceeding...
