Dear Cultural Orgs,

There will be two Diversity Weekend Meetings this week, as an attempt to inform students about the planning that has taken place this semester and to generate interest in summer planning. We will be meeting this Thursday at 9:00pm in CC 215 and at 4:30pm on Friday in CC214. You do not have to attend both meetings, but please RSVP to either Vince Garcia (vgarcia@mac) or myself (white@mac) about your preference of meeting time, so we can properly plan for each meeting. Please, please plan on attending at least one of these meetings as we want DW 2005 to be a great success! Also, please forward this message to any students who you know might be interested in planning Diversity Weekend for next year. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday or Friday of this week!
