MPKB:Naming conventions
from the Macalester Public Knowledge Base
- Think in the broader context - if the issue or organization to be described is likely to exist with the same name (or a very similar one) in other geographical places (St. Paul/Minneapolis) or colleges, contextualize it. Don't just call it "Student Union", but call it "UMN/Student Union" (better yet: "UMN/Coffman Student Union" ; don't call it "Latinos Unidos", but "St. Thomas/Latinos Unidos" similarly, don't write "Budget" but "ASA/Budget" etc.
- When it's an entry about the MPKB project itself, call it MPKB:namespace
