participate.
- People who want to help plan this should go to Monday night 10 o?clock RNC working
group meetings.
- Will not be the only meeting. Hopefully there will be others to target specific orgs that might be interested in participating. CONSENSUS.
- Proposal RNC Committee will be able to make own decisions w/out taking them to
MPJC/SDS for approval, like the strike committee. CONSENSUS

- February Moratorium Proposal + Assign Tasks
- Recruitment Center: Picket recruitment center in the early hours of the morning, form a line people entering would have to cross. Centers open at 8. Be there 7:45-9amish. Would make the recruiter have to walk through the picket line, disrupting their daily business in this way. ROTC members will be going to the office in the morning, could be talking to them. Put together literature to be distributed. Need to have specific language so that we target military system and not soldiers. Tone is clear.
- Sounds like because are involved with ROTC at U of M would be people already pretty involved in the military. ROTC not going to be super friendly to us ?world of pain?.
- Campus Center: Sit inside the campus center at high traffic hours, wear blindfolds, open eyes to the war, distribute flyers about Iraq War Moratorium.
- Painting the Snow outlines of bodies to symbolize dead Iraqis and soldiers, spray paint red like blood.
- REMEMBER WHAT YOU SIGNED UP TO DO!!
