Hi! IHNkCeHG From dances to dinners to speakers, MIO offers a window to the world for all students interested in things international. Students meet regularly and help plan social and/or educational activities with an international flavor for the whole campus.

The concept behind the MIO is to represent the diverse Macalester International Student body and encourage interaction between international and American students. The goals of the MIO are: (i) To encourage full participation of international and American students in campus wide programs, activities and issues. (ii) To create and implement programs and activities throughout the year which promote internationalism (iii) To increase awareness of international focused issues in and around the Macalester community
