Macalester/Reservations Line

Reservations line is part of the Campus Programs at Macalester that makes room reservations for events occurring in classrooms and nonacademic buildings. (Kagin, Campus Center, Chapel, Weyerhauser, Cultural House, Dupre 10k etc)

The office is staffed by Sarah Cledwyn and assisted by student workers. Reservations line shares the desk with Residential life.

Reservations require student org status/sopnsorshoip. upon discussing ina LB meeting the large number of upclming student org status requests, Michael Barnes requested SSC Chjair Rebecca Hossain and Tara Stormoen to devise a plan to allow groups of students (non org affiliated) to be allowewd to reserved spaces. SSC proposed the two-tier method.

Reserrvatin s to most places instantaneous, for jbd or chapel need two weeks in advance for setup
