  • look at federal funding for community development/low-income housing (Addy)
  • we will go by the name "Rise Like Lions" as a project
  • pursue other grant funds (everyone)
  • check zoning regulations in St. Paul, check w/ realtor (Jake? Addy?)
  • write grant app for the Wedge (Erik will start, collectively edit- due

  • Talk to High Winds about Vernon
  • start non-profit paperwork (?)
