For the coming fall semester ('06), there will be Gender Open Housing options for:
- the Grand Cambridge Apartments,
- the cottages and
- GDD.
- Kirk Hall
Peg Olson has replaced Sarah Griesse as the head of Res Life. If you have a problem with your housing assignment or believe that you won't be able to secure a safe housing space please contact either Queer Union (qu@macalester.edu) or the Director of Residential Life, Peg Olson (olsenp@macalester.edu).

Students working on Gender Open Housing are also working to secure a variety of locker room access and gender non-specific bathroom options in the new gym, and increase the availability of gender non-specific bathrooms all over campus.
