The dean and associate dean assist in answering any student or parent questions related to college policies or procedures, and provide services to students who have a specific problem or inquiry. The office maintains the personal records of all current students and alumni for eight years after graduation. The dean serves as an ex officio member of the Academic Student Committee. The dean and associate dean can provide most immediate assistance with questions involving:
- leave status and withdrawal
- emergency financial loans
- co-curricular policy or programs
- individual academic standing
- concerns which effect the quality of student life
