- Meetings shall be held
- on a weekly basis.
- Officers must attend meetings
- All members must attend a majority of the meetings held during the year to be eligible to run for Executive Board offices.
- Time Coordination
- The Secretary shall contact all members interested in participating in meetings, seeking to adjust the best time for every member to participate in meetings.
- Decision-making process
- The Executive Board shall be authorized to act for members where action is pending and the group is unable to meet. The action taken must be brought to its members at its next meeting for ramification.
- Whenever possible, all decisions shall be made during regular meetings.
- ¡Adelante! shall adopt the modified consensus procedure for its decision making. The modified consensus consists of the following: introducing the motion, having time to answer questions, seeking consensus, address concerns if consensus is not reached, seek consensus again, and should the group still not reach consensus, put the motion to a vote with a recording of the concerns that could not be solved.
