[edit] Modified Consensus

Amendments to this charter shall be adopted by modified consensus, unless at least one member explicitly requests a voting procedure.

[edit] Two thirds vote of present members

A charter-amending vote shall take place the meeting time following the meeting in which the vote was requested, in which case a two-thirds vote of the members present at the meeting will be required to amend the charter.

All Amendments shall be reported to the SSC Chair and general membership.
