- ASME
- Arts & Entertainment
- The mission of the Arts & Entertainment club is to promote art displays and student-oriented entertainment on campus. We aspire to promote the Arts utilizing the talents of UST students. Our activities include: Drawing/Painting, Drama, Singing, Comedy and Fashion, with an international flair! Student members of this organization will be able to showcase their talents to the university community helping to acknowledge the important role the Arts play in a global society. Everyone is welcome regardless of your level of expertise, if you love the Arts, this is the club for you!

- Band Club
- Comprised of UST Concert Band members, this group acts as the social arm of the band and plans a variety of activities throughout the year.
- Billards Club
- To provide University of St. Thomas students with the opportunity to strengthen their billiards' skills in a fun social atmosphere
- Campus Crusade for Christ
- To introduce students to the life-transforming power of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through intense exploration of the Word, sincere dedication to fellowship, and fervent devotion to prayer.
- Catholic S.O.U.L.S.
- College Bowl Club
- The purpose of the St. Thomas College Bowl Club is to provide St. Thomas students with the opportunity to participate in a variety of academic quizbowl opportunities, including two annual on-campus tournaments, the annual College Bowl Region 10 Tournament and a variety of other off-campus tournaments.
- College Democrats
- An organization that reflects the principles of the national and state Democratic Parties, it serves as a link between campus Democrats and the greater Democratic community.
- College Republicans
- The College Republicans promotes GOP principles and serves as a university link to the Republican Party. It develops leadership and political skills among student members.
- Disc Golf Society
- The mission of this organization is to provide an opportunity to play disc golf for all students who share a common interest in the game. Also, members can spread interest in the game throughout the campus of St. Thomas by increasing student awareness of the activity. Finally, it is the intent of this organization to encourage students to take advantage of days with favorable weather conditions to enjoy this low cost outdoor recreational activity.
- Extreme Team
- We are a competition cheerleading team that brings both spirit and recognition to the University of St. Thomas. We are also an advertisement for the University because we will get St. Thomas’s name out whenever we go to a performance or competition. We also serve as another club to be in for students to show their school spirit.
- Gamma Sigma Sigma
- Through the Gamma Sigma Sigma, members find the opportunity to serve others in the community while experiencing the benefits of being part of a sorority. It is our mission to bring the community and university students together through service.
- Green Team
- We exist to challenge St.Thomas to be a more ecologically sound campus, and to raise environment awareness within our community, both on and off campus.
- Mini Baha Racing Team
- The purpose of the organization is to provide team members with a challenging project that involves the planning and manufacturing tasks found when introducing a new product to the consumer industrial market. Students must function as a team to design, build, test, promote, ad race a vehicle within the limits of the rules, but also to generate financial support for their project and manage their educational priorities.
- Nutrition Club
- The intent of the Nutrition Club is to provide St. Thomas students, faculty, and staff with a nutritional education to better implement nutritional values and healthy food into our daily lives.
- Ping Pong Society (PPS)
- Our mission is to obtain involvement within the community of St. Thomas through the means of Ping-Pong. It is our goal and purpose to strive for excellence in serving our community in and around St. Thomas. We do this by partaking in the activity of ping-pong to introduce ourselves to others and people around us.
- Pre-Health Professions Club (PHPC)
- The purpose of this organization is to assist students in forming and achieving pre-health career goals. The organization provides students access to information about internships and a wide variety of pre-health careers.

- Saint Paul's Outreach Student Organization (SPO)
- SPO is a group comprised of students and young adults in the community. SPO sponsors various prayer meetings as well as service and social events.
- Sigma Chi Fraternity
- The fundamental purpose of the Sigma Chi Fraternity is to cultivate an appreciation of and commitment to the ideals of friendship, justice and learning. These ideals and objectives have been at the heart of Sigma Chi since its founding by seven men at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, on June 28,1855. These seven men believed that the principles they professed were imperfectly realized in other fraternal organizations. Although this vision of Sigma Chi was based upon the notion of shared ideals, they believed that true brotherhood would thrive best among men of different temperaments, talents and convictions. Our guiding principles, unchanged for almost 150 years, continue to define the essence of Sigma Chi. Like all Greek organizations, Sigma Chi's ideals and purposes are set forth in a secret document called our Ritual. Sigma Chi also has a set of signs, symbols and heraldry which supports our teachings.

- With membership open to students who have completed at least three semesters and have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in English, this organization promotes interest in literature and English, including creative and critical writing.
- Society of Professional Journal
- The UST chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists provides a gateway for students and professionals in the field of journalism to work with each other
- Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
- SWE provides a common meeting ground for people interested in engineering, promoting the application for and understanding of engineering in general and mechanical and electrical engineering in particular. SWE hopes to expand the image of the engineering profession, and inspire women to achieve their full potential engineering careers.
- Sowers of Justice
- Sowers of Justice aims this year to reflect on and act in the name of Jesus Christ. We will be spending time reflecting on the Bible, Catholic Social Teaching, current events, and injustices throughout the world, in effort to make solid connections between our faith in Christ, and our role as a member of society. We are also going to emphasize continuing to the education the student and faculty of the University of St. Thomas on the relationship between faith and social justice.
- Student Coalition for Social Justice (SCSJ)
- The purpose of the organization is to educate and involve the campus community concerning justice issues including human rights, domestic and urban issues, and the spirituality of justice and nonviolence. In addition to education via social analysis, the coalition provides experiential and service-learning opportunities through a variety of community based organizations. : Visit
- Student Alumni Council (SAC)
- The Student Alumni Council is a 40 member group of sophomores, juniors, and seniors who work closely with the Alumni Association to plan the "Big Five" events; the Mentoring Program, Homecoming-Reunion Weekend, Take a Tommy to Lunch, Career Quest and Senior Banquet. All SAC members are asked to serve on at least one committee coordinating a "Big Five" event. In addition, SAC members meet monthly, attend a fall and mid-year retreat, and serve as representatives of the student body at special functions sponsored by the Alumni Association and Development offices throughout the year. An elected president, vice president and communication chair serve as the executive committee and coordinate the activities of the council with the help of the assistant director of the Alumni Association. The SAC President also serves as an ex-officio member of the University of St. Thomas Alumni Association Board of Directors. Membership in SAC is obtained through an application and interview process held each spring. Any sophomores, juniors, and seniors who demonstrate an interest in serving the mission of the organization, possess a composed, approachable demeanor (someone who would be comfortable visiting with students, alumni, parents and donors), who have pride in UST and have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA may apply.
- Students for Human Life
- Students for Human Life is a pro-life organization dedicated to the sacredness of human life from conception to natural death.
- The Solid Rock (TSR)
- The Solid Rock is an inter-denomination Christian club. TSR's primary purpose is to develop one's individual faith through scripture, fellowship, and prayer. The Solid Rock welcomes those wanting to make lasting friendships, find support in Christian values, and deepen their faith. All are welcome-new to the Christian faith or not. Weekly gatherings include group sharing, music, reflections, leadership opportunities, social or volunteer events, or speakers.
- Tommie Ski and Snowboard Club
- Tommie ski club gives individuals who enjoy snowboarding and skiing the opportunity to so without competition.
- Up 'Til Dawn
- Up 'Til Dawn's mission is: : 1. To unite the University of St. Thomas campus in an effort spearheaded and led by the University of St. Thomas student body.
2. To promote the value of service learning to all students at the University of St. Thomas. 3. To provide students the opportunity to accumulate valuable and practical knowledge through their committee planning and event execution work. 4. To raise much needed dollars for the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 5. To establish a model event that St. Jude will market to other campuses across the nation as they expand their Up 'Til Dawn program.

- UST Ultimate Frisbee
- The Frisbee Club serves as a resource for information on frisbee and frisbee-related organizations, and may form frisbee teams to participate in intercollegiate or informal competitions.
