Group invited speaker Gerardo Cajamarca from SINALTRAINAL and USWA to talk about the referendum in Venezuela and the upcoming U.S. 2004 Elections. Also present were organizers from the Minnesota Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride announcing the Minnesota Freedom Ride of September 30-October 4 as well as announcing the formation of the independent migrant workers labor union United Workers of the North in Owatonna, MN
Meeting took place in Carnegie 06. About 30 students attended.
